Penloom sells digital products and delivers them by email. We collect only what's needed to run the business and never sell your personal information.
Solely to deliver products, provide support, and operate/improve Penloom. We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't share it except with the service providers that run the business (e.g., Stripe for payments, our email provider for delivery).
If Penloom uses Google APIs (e.g., to publish our own videos to our own YouTube channel), our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We access only our own account and do not access other users' data.
Penloom uses the Instagram Platform APIs solely to publish our own content (Reels, images) to our own Instagram professional account. We access only our own account. We do not collect, store, or process the personal data of any other Instagram or Facebook user, and we do not sell or share any platform data. Our use complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Penloom uses the TikTok Content Posting API solely to publish our own videos to our own TikTok account. We request only the scopes required to post our content (e.g. video.publish/video.upload and basic creator info). We access only our own account; we do not collect, store, share, or sell the personal data of any other TikTok user. Uploaded video files are transferred to TikTok for publishing and are not retained by us beyond our own content archive. Our use complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the Content Sharing Guidelines. To request deletion of data associated with our developer app, email penloomstudio@gmail.com.
