Penloom sells digital products delivered electronically (by email/download). Descriptions are provided in good faith; products are provided "as is" for your own use.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Digital goods are delivered to the email you provide at checkout, typically within minutes.
If a product doesn't deliver or isn't as described, email penloomstudio@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll make it right (replacement or refund).
Don't resell or redistribute our products as your own. Don't use Penloom for anything illegal.
Penloom isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
